During this visit, realistic expectations are also discussed and a customized treatment plan is created.
A small sample of blood is drawn from your arm. The blood is processed in a medical centrifuge to isolate platelet-rich plasma, which contains concentrated growth factors that support tissue repair and follicle stimulation.
The scalp is cleansed and prepared for treatment. Targeted areas of hair thinning are identified, focusing on regions where follicles may still be active but weakened.
The platelet-rich plasma is carefully injected into the scalp in areas of thinning hair. These injections deliver growth factors directly to the hair follicles, helping support follicle stimulation and improved scalp circulation. The treatment typically takes 30 to 45 minutes.
