Medical Visits Without Rushed Appointments

Members may schedule visits as medically appropriate throughout the year. Appointments are typically 30 to 60 minutes, allowing time for discussion, evaluation, and shared decision-making.

This care model allows your physician to focus on prevention, relationship-based care, and individualized treatment planning.

Priority Scheduling

Members receive priority scheduling, including same-day or next-day appointments when availability allows and when medically appropriate.

Comprehensive Primary Care Services

Your membership includes access to a wide range of primary care services:

• Acute and non-acute office visits
• Preventive care and health maintenance
• Well-woman exams and Pap testing
• Chronic condition management (hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, metabolic health)
• Telehealth visits when clinically appropriate
• School, sports, and employment physicals
• Pre-operative medical evaluations when indicated

Laboratory and pathology fees not included.

In-Office Diagnostic Services

Certain basic diagnostic services may be available in-office when medically appropriate:

• Electrocardiogram (EKG)
• Urinalysis
• Rapid testing for strep, influenza, COVID-19, and pregnancy

These services may involve additional charges depending on the service performed.

Physician Communication Access

Members have secure electronic access to their physician for non-urgent matters through secure messaging, email, text, or the patient portal when appropriate. Responses are typically provided during regular business hours.

This communication should not be used for urgent or emergency medical concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Respect for Your Time

Appointments are scheduled with the goal of beginning on time whenever possible. If an unexpected delay occurs, our team will notify you and provide the option to reschedule.

Discounted Laboratory Testing & Medications

Members may receive access to reduced cash-pay pricing for laboratory testing and select commonly prescribed medications dispensed in-office.

These services are not included in the membership fee and remain the responsibility of the patient. Additional services such as laboratory testing, imaging, specialty referrals, medications, and pathology services are billed separately.

Coordinated Care

When specialty care is needed, your physician may assist with coordinating referrals and communication with other healthcare providers to help support continuity and clarity across your care.
